At Customized Care Packages, we are not about excuses. Very few companies these days offer a guarantee, however, we do. You have to be satisfied, and so does the recipient of the care package. If you are not completely and totally
satisfied, please notify us at customerservice@customizedcarepackages.com immediately and we will
make things right, period. The two areas where our guarantee cannot take
responsibility is where we are not provided with a proper and
correct mailing address, and due to an act of God.
Whether it is a summer camp address or a student address at college, please make sure that the address is correct. In the event that package is undeliverable to the recipient, we will forward the package to the purchaser.
Customized Care Packages delivers Monday through Friday. Packages will be delivered 24-48 hours after your order. To save you a few dollars, we exclusively use the United States Postal Service. Regardless of where you would like to send your care package, and regardless of the size of your package, we will ship for a flat shipping and handling rate of $9.80.
During summer months, obviously bad things can happen to chocolate. If your package needs to contain chocolate, we will include a cooling device that should keep your chocolate in the same form as when it leaves our warehouse. We will include this cooling device for a nominal $2.50 additional fee. If the chocolate melts, we will give you a store
credit for both the chocolate items that melted as well as the cooling device for a future care package...just

Date of Delivery - You may choose a specific date that you would like your package delivered. We ship every package USPS priority mail which should take 2-3 days. Please plan one day ahead so that the package potentially arrives one day early rather than one day late. We will do our best to make sure that your package is delivered when you request, but please be aware that through circumstances out of our control that is not always possible. You may choose to select a delivery date in the future. Again, USPS priority takes 2-3 days, so be aware that we are going to play things on the safe side and send your package 4 days before it needs to be there.
Once You Place Your Order - You will receive 2 emails. The first email will be a summary of your order, and the second will be a confirmation of your order with a tracking number so that you can follow your packages to it's final destination.
Item Substitutions - On occassion, the specific items that you select while customizing your care package will not be available to us. We reserve the right to make an appropriate substitution in your care package with a comparable item, at no additional cost to you.
Prices are subject to change, and we anticipate that any changes will be reflected on the website before you select an item. If the change is not reflected, we will honor the price that is listed on the website.
